After you’ve posted your event to our site, creating tickets is a snap! If yhou haven’t already created your event, CLICK HERE to complete that step before you create your event tickets.
From your dashboard, Click the “Add new Ticket” from the tickets link. (see fig.3)
First, under Basic Info find “Select Event”. From the drop-down event choose the event that you wish to ticket.
Click the “New Ticket Type” button.
Under TYPE, enter the type of ticket you are creating. IE: VIP, General Admission, Parking, etc.
Under Ticket Description, you can add, additional information or instructions, IE: no outside food or beverages, no backpacks, etc. – or leave it blank.
Fi you wish to ticket the event, but do not want to charge your customers to attend, click the Free Ticket button. Otherwise, enter the price of this ticket type to the right.
Under Capacity, you may enter how many tickets available. This will show up on your event page if you do. You can also leave that blank.
In the Start Sale space, you can enter the date the tickets for this event go on sale. Or leave it blank, and they’ll go on sale immediately.
End Sale works the same way. If you want tickets to stop selling on a specific day, place a date in the space. If not, leave it blank.
Enter a SKU code (of your making) to put a QR code on your tickets. Otherwise leave blank.
Click “Save Ticket” button. You can then add additional tickets at different prices.
When you are done, PLEASE click the “Update” button at the bottom right.
If you go to your event page, you will now see the tickets that are available for your event.
From your event dashboard, you can then monitor your event sales, and after the event is over, request a payout.
Please be sure and visit our “FEE SCHEDULE” page, so you know how that is calculated.
Register on the site, by entering your personal information, then create your event. Just fill in the blanks and add your pictures, and event information. Your Event is ready to display
Once you've created your event, then create your tickets. You can create as many different kinds as you like (VIP, General Admission, etc.). Post your ticket, and you're done. It's that easy.
You can sign on and monitor your event sales at any time. After your event is over, request a payout and we'll send your profits directly to your bank account. You just focus on your event!
That’s it. After your event, let us know you want a payout, and we’ll send your net profits directly to you.
Since this is not a profit center for us, the fees you pay cover the transaction cost that the bank charges us per transaction, and a tiny bit towards the cost of keeping the website running. That’s it.
Every other ticketing business has to turn a profit to stay in business, hence the higher fees.
After your event, just sign in and go to your dashboard and click the “Request a Payout” button.
Within 24 hours your money will be on its way to you. Paypal takes a couple of days, Zelle is instant.
Then just keep your account open for your next event.
