How do I create an event and tickets?
Creating an event on Insta-Tix is quick and simple! You can add all your event details, create tickets, and start selling in minutes. Follow our step-by-step guide here:

How do I get paid after my event is finished?
Once your event is completed, we wait three business days for our credit card processing company to finalize all transactions. After that, we issue a check to the organizer’s name and send it to the address provided during event setup.
What is the processing fee added to the ticket price?
Insta-Tix Fee: 2% (to cover website maintenance, not for profit)
💡 Tip: we choose to pass this small cost along to the customer, so the event organizer receives the maximum benefit from their ticket sales.
As an event organizer, how do I scan tickets at my event?
We provide an easy-to-use app that allows you to scan tickets at the door for a seamless check-in process. This ensures fast entry and prevents ticket fraud.
Can I offer multiple ticket types for my event?
Yes! You can create multiple ticket options, such as General Admission, VIP, Early Bird, and Group Discounts. When setting up your event, you’ll have the option to customize pricing, availability, and perks for each ticket type.
Can I set a limit on ticket sales?
Absolutely! When creating tickets, you can specify the total number of tickets available and control capacity for different ticket types.
How do I promote my event to sell more tickets?
Here are some great ways to boost ticket sales:

What happens if my event is canceled?
If you need to cancel your event, you must notify Insta-Tix immediately. Refunds and event rescheduling are handled directly by the event organizer, but we can assist by putting you in touch with ticket buyers. Please note: processing fees are non-refundable.
Can I reschedule my event?
Yes! If you need to change the date or time, simply contact Insta-Tix support and update your event details. Ticket holders will be notified automatically.
Do you support virtual events?
Yes! Insta-Tix can be used for both in-person and virtual events. You can add streaming links, virtual access passes, or downloadable content to your event page.t
Do you provide customer support for attendees?
Yes! If attendees have trouble purchasing tickets, accessing their tickets, or need assistance, they can contact Insta-Tix support for help. However, event-specific inquiries should be directed to the event organizer.
